We want your Delarooj chocolates to arrive just as delicious as when they left us. 🍫

Processing Your Order

Orders are carefully packed and prepared for shipping as quickly as possible. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive your shipping confirmation and tracking details where available.

Warm Weather

Chocolate and Australian summers aren't exactly best friends. ☀️🍫

During warmer weather, we may use protective packaging and take extra care when preparing your order. We may also delay dispatch during periods of extreme heat where necessary to help protect your chocolates during transit.

Once an order has been handed to the delivery carrier, conditions during transport are outside our direct control.

Delivery

Please make sure your delivery address is correct before completing your order. Delarooj cannot be responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.

We recommend having your order delivered somewhere it can be received promptly rather than being left outside in the heat.
