Refund policy

Our chocolates are made to be eaten, loved… and probably disappear pretty quickly. 🍫

Because Delarooj products are food items, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

However, we want every Delarooj experience to be a happy one. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or there is a problem with the product, please contact us at delarooj@gmail.com with your order details and photos of the issue, and we'll do our best to make things right.

And if the problem is that you ate the whole bag too quickly… unfortunately, we can't refund you for that one. 😄
